Jonathan Trichter spent the early part of his career in media before transitioning to finance and working on Wall Street as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan. He later became a founding principal at a boutique restructuring firm run by Harry Wilson and responsible for major, high-profile corporate restructurings. Jonathan later gained experience in the world of New York startups while working for his family’s venture capital fund, Lerer Hippeau Ventures. Later in his life, Jonathan experienced firsthand how effective modern therapies can be for children with autism and related behavioral challenges. Since then, he has become dedicated to providing the best treatment and care available to neuroatypical children with cognitive, behavioral, social and sensory disorders.
Joel Maute graduated from Boston University with a degree in Occupational therapy. He began his career in the Milton Public Schools and later transitioned to a career as a home care specialist providing therapeutic services to children with varying disabilities in a wide range of settings. Realizing the critical need for children to generalize their skills outside of a home-based setting, he co-founded Happy Hour 4 Kids and HH4K Therapy in NYC. Together these companies grew into one of the first alternative education programs for children in NYC with nowhere else to go. He has intricate knowledge of the NYC special education space from both a clinical and managerial perspective. He brings key insights, relationships, and organizational knowledge to a niche industry.
